Hi. Just getting my bearings again in a new year…should be an exciting one for me and the boys. Right now we’re just beginning to work through and rehearse the new songs for the first time, and we’re so excited about the energy and emotion that’s coming through. We finished the album early in November and have been itching to start playing them as soon as possible. With the new album “I Will Go” slotted for a March 25th release, we should start trying out some of the new material very soon. After a couple of weekends in Tennessee and a cruise at the end of the month, we are heading out on tour with “Shane & Shane”, “David Nasser”, and “Bethany Dillon” for 40 dates all over the USA, and then 20 in Canada in April and May with the same line-up. So needless to say, it should be a very eventful, very busy spring. We are pretty stoked to be living on a tour bus again as it is sure to be a nice change from airplanes and airports. It’s always an expectant and exciting season for us right around the release of a new record. A lot of anticipation of the places we will go, and the people we will meet in the next year or two. But more than that, I usually just feel really blessed. Blessed that God keeps gifting us with enough creativity and passion to make yet another record. And all we can do is just keep heading out there and doing our best to lead in honesty and humility (which is of course not something we always succeed at). I am thankful and humbled that God keeps going before us and using what little we have to offer, to bring light and hope into some people’s lives.
