Excited and nervous about the “make-up” concerts this weekend in Burnaby and Abbotsford. It’s a strange thing to feel that a tour is done, and then pick it up again a few weeks later. Yet these gigs of course carry special significance for us as a band, being the 2 that were post-poned due to the incident in Abbotsford.
Should be a couple of emotionally charged evenings, especially Abbotsford which will include a few testimonies from people who attended the concert as well as a time of response and prayer. My hope and prayer is that all those who attend this weekend will come in expectation. Expectant that God will heal and restore his people, and encourage and unify the body of Christ. I am humbled that we get the chance to press on. In unity and surrender before our Great God, who has our lives in the palm of his hand.
I might add, it’s an extra perk for me, that I’ll be sleeping in my own bed after both concerts this weekend. I wish all our concerts were this close to home. - Jon.

Thanks for rescheduling both concerts, especially since it would have been more than understandable if you chose not to. I hope you all rest well in your own beds, and I’ll see you tonight at the concert!

hey guys you rock you guys are wonderful i have been pray for you guy i couldn’t image what you guys are going though rate know since the accident in abbotsford.
i was there that night i didn’t fall though the hole cause we were far enough back i fell like since then God has really tested my faith. you guy are my favorite band in the world.

I can defiently say that Burnaby’s concert had an inpact on me at least. The words said were things that I had been thinking about a lot lately and it was confirmed last night. I was blessed by the worship, and really took it all in. Best moments were just singing the words along with you all as we just worshiped our Lord.
It was well worth my trip from Nanaimo to come, because I know that’s where God wanted me to be. I was very blessed by that night

i got to talk to u guyz a bit @ willingdon yesterday, but i didn’r get a chance to say…(although u guys probably get tbhis alot)…thank u so much! starfield is one of the reasons why i thank God for music. u guyz are so real, and ur lyrics inspire~ it got me thinking about this generation, and i feel blessed to be a child of God in this generation thatz young, capaable, and won’t back down!

Having seen you guys start off on the Brighter Tour with Jake (Yeah yeah I know way back… somewhere there is a photo of my sisters and I with you guys at that) and now to this… it has been incredible to see where God has taken you. Keep trusting in Him, and know that he is guiding you, and you have the support and prayer of many around you.
looking forward to the next time you are all in town… of course I will be there along with my sisters, my boyfriend, friends, and many new friends!

It must be awesome seeing so many people who are Christians and just worshiping God. Anyways,I’ll be praying for the people who were in the incident in Abbortsford .You guyz still are an inspiration to me about doing things for God. the concert in abbotsford on saturday was so powerful that i just had to write and thank you guys for coming back and offering such an incredible night of healing and celebration. it was great to be back together with everyone and hear how God has been so faithful and how he has taken that tragic night and turned it around and brought so much good out of it. i am also so thankful for you, for your willingness to go and reach out to your generation and share your passion for God with them. it is so inspiring to see young guys like yourselves using the gifts that God has given you and i pray that God will bless you all, even more than you can imagine, as you carry out your calling. ~keeping you in my prayers ~

wow! the re-do concert in Abby was amazing!!! thamk you SO much for that! i had the best night of my life. me and my friends can’t stop talking about it! it was so cool to see all those people there worshiping God for what he has done and the miracles that have taken place over the past few months. First of all I would like to thank you so much for making such inpiring and beautiful music. I was at both the concerts in Abbotsford and was blown away by Gods presence in the church on both those nights. His power and mercy overcomes all things! I was so moved when those people came on stage to give their testimonies, what an amazing and unforgettable night! I will always sing praises to the Lord along with your music.
